Building Survey. Office visit to provide a detailed survey of your building, including electrical, mechanical, IT, telephony and other services locations and types using AutoCAD and Leica survey equipment.

Fixtures and Fittings.  An add-on to the building survey, a capture of your existing equipment, the location, size, height and type of equipment in relation to your building can be done - at the same time can save costs.

Space Plan.  Further to the above, a new space efficient layout can be drawn up, using zoning and staff flow techniques to find the most effective layout.

Or, if you do not need any of the above, as a scaled AutoCAD drawing of your building is available, we can simply design your new office layout to suit your requirements.

Visuals.  Finally, 3D concept visuals and walkthroughs can be created to let you see and get a real feel for your new offices, before anything starts on site!

Consultation.  Initial meeting to review the existing product or equipment or to talk through a concept idea.

Survey.  Take existing product dimensions and sketch out ready for drawing up, or if new, take concept idea and approx dimensions.

CAD.  Once all dimensions are agreed, start work on 2D detail drawing which can later be used for manufacturing purposes.

Visuals.  Taking the 2D detail drawing, recreate a 3D concept visual to bring to life the product/ equipment for you to visualise.
