New Build Projects

To get started, download our "New Build" requirements sheet below and check the items you require from your new development. If you wish, provide a sketch yourself of your ideal layout. NDP-UK will draw up the findings from scratch or your sketch and provide an accurate & scaled two dimensional drawing plan in either Electronic or Paper format Once the proposals have been finalised, NDP UK can provide Elevations, Sections and 3D visuals in either Electronic or Paper format

Existing Floor Plans

NDP-UK will draw up the findings from your sketch or existing paper floor plans and provide an accurate & scaled two dimensional drawing/ plan in either Electronic or Paper format Once the plans have been completed, NDP UK can provide Elevations, Sections and 3D visuals in either Electronic or Paper format

Planning Applications

It is a requirement for you to submit scale drawings of a proposed modification.

We know you are perfectly happy to sketch out your ideas, but may not have the facilities to draw these at the required scale. NDP-UK can help by producing scale CAD drawings from your sketches and photographs. We can supply these in electronic or paper format.

Ordinance Survey Maps are also a requirement of the Planning Application process, therefore, a map of the property to a specifed scale should be submitted. The perimeter of your land and the area to be modified need to be identified on the map. Five copies will be required for applications in paper format. NDP-UK can supply these maps complete with the required markings in either electronic or paper format.

From 10 August 2006, applicants may need to submit with their applications a Design and Access Statement (DAS). read more..

It is now possible to do the entire planning application online using the Government's Planning Portal, www.planningportal.gov.uk

Either apply yourself or, alternatively NDP-UK can carry out the application for you, ensuring all relevant documentation and drawings are submitted.
